Placeholder copy. Pending legal review before any non-test BU goes live. The applicant submission flow already records the rendered consent text per submission, so changes here do not retroactively alter what past applicants agreed to.

What we collect

When you submit an application through this portal, we collect the information you provide on the form (name, email, optional phone, resume, video introduction URL, and answers to any custom questions for that posting), plus the time you submitted, the job posting you applied to, and basic referrer / UTM information from the link you followed.

How we use it

Your application is reviewed by ClickTheory's recruiting team for the role you applied to. We use AI-assisted scoring to help triage applications, but every advancement decision is made by a person. We may consider you for other open roles within ClickTheory's family of companies, including business units other than the one you originally applied to.

Who can see it

Your submission is visible to ClickTheory's central recruiting team and to authorized hiring managers within ClickTheory and its subsidiaries. We do not sell or share applicant data with third parties outside of vendors that strictly support our hiring process (e.g., the AI services that score your video and resume).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or its deletion, by emailing hiring@clicktheory.com. Note that we retain submission records as described in our Data Retention Policy.
