Submissions

Application submissions (your form responses, resume, and video URL) are retained for as long as you remain an active candidate, plus a post-decision window during which we may consider you for other ClickTheory roles. Beyond that window, submissions are archived and eventually purged.

Resumes

Resumes are stored in private object storage and are accessible only to ClickTheory's recruiting team and authorized hiring managers through short-lived signed download URLs. Resumes are deleted when the underlying submission record is purged.

Audit trail

We keep an audit log of staff access to applicant PII (queue reads, resume downloads, administrative changes) so we can investigate any access concern. Audit log entries are retained for at least one year and may be retained longer for compliance purposes.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hiring@clicktheory.com. We will confirm receipt and process the request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
