Submitting an application

By submitting an application through this portal, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree that ClickTheory and its affiliates may evaluate your application using both human review and AI-assisted scoring.

No employment relationship

Submitting an application does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship between you and ClickTheory. Any offer of employment will be made in writing under separate documents that supersede these terms.

Email contact

When you check the consent box on the submission form, you consent to ClickTheory and its subsidiaries contacting you by email about the posting you applied to and substantively similar roles. You can reply to any such email asking us to stop, and we will.

Acceptable use

Don't submit applications on behalf of someone else, don't upload malicious files, and don't attempt to interfere with the portal's availability or security. Doing so may result in disqualification and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to new submissions; existing applications are governed by the consent language captured at the time you submitted, which we preserve as part of your submission record.
